Okay...here's how it works: these are my 10 most enjoyed Sunday morning songs (Married Life Live and First Wednesdays don't count) done by our band since moving in to the new building (Dec. 3). So that's about 7 months' worth of music at NewPointe.
There have been boat loads of great songs. These are my favorites based on my recollection. From 10 to 1 (okay, I couldn't narrow it down to 10...here's my to 11):
11. For the Love of Money (The O'Jays)
10. Come and Listen (David Crowder Band) Note: this song makes the list mainly because of the creativity we attached to it. Nobody anywhere, ever, has done this song the way we did it.
9. It's Gonna Be Alright (The Imperials) It's just a great song. It's old...but still fun.
8. Big Enough (Ayiesha Woods)
7. Sing to the King (Passion Band) We've done this one many times but I never tire of it.
6. Beautiful Day (U2) You can never have enough U2 in church!
5. Glorious One (Steve Fee) This song is just anointed. What more can I say?
4. I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For (U2) See #6.
3. Made To Love (TobyMac) We did this one on Easter. It rocked the house.
2. Bring The Rain (MercyMe) Last Sunday's closer. Powerful. Amazing. God moment.
1. Fix You (Coldplay)
NewPointers, I know you're gonna wanna weigh in. Which have been your favorite songs so far? Leave a comment with your nominations. (Danny, you can play, too).

#1, no doubt, Matt Redman's 'You Never Let Go'.
"And I will fear no evil
For my God is with me
And if my God is with me
Whom then shall I fear?
Whom then shall I fear?"
And, Majesty. I don't know if I should be standing on the chair or down on my knees during this song.
"Majesty, Majesty
Your grace has found me just as I am
Empty handed, but alive in your hands
Majesty, Majesty
Forever I am changed by your love
In the presence of your Majesty"
You Are My King (Amazing Love).
I cannot listen to this song without tears streaming down my checks. I should have died for all my sins but Jesus my king stepped down off his throne & died in my place. I hope I can honor him in all I do.
How great is our God
and
Amazing love
are the first ones that come to mind, but
indescribable is right there for worship, but I have to say I really loved hearing Made to Love.
That was cool!
Everlasting God (Chris Tomlin)
You Never Let Go (Matt Redman)
Sing to the King (Passion)
From the Inside Out (Hillsong United)
Glorious One (Steve Fee)
Brave (Nichole Nordeman)....so long status quo....YOU make me wanna be brave....
Be Still (Steven Curtis Chapman)....I was just reminded by someone this morning to "be still" and it brought this old favorite to mind that was done a few months back
Hola John! Tu es muy comico! Me gusta leer su "blog." El cancion de me favorito es "Rayando el sol." Soy un catando muy bien. Puedes cantar John? Quiero escuchar cantas.
Hola amigo! Gracias por leer mi "blog." Puedo cantar sí. Puedo cantar muy bien. Mi canción preferida a cantar es "desperado." Quizás Danny me dejará cantarla otra vez en iglesia alguna vez.
I would have to say...

#10 Sing To The King - Passion Band
#9 Brave - Nichole Nordeman
