I'll nominate these:
Git 'r done. Tired.
I'm like... ("and he was like, wait, and I was like go ahead, and everyone was like, well okay then")
Think outside the box. It would give you more credibility to use a different expression, or a different way to describe what you are looking for. " In other words, thinking outside the box is now thinking inside said box. Thinking outside the Bunn, now that, of course, is a different story.
Phone tag. I can absolutely count on the other person referring to phone tag if each of us has had to leave at least one voicemail.
Bling. Ahhhhh!
Any others?

Duh! Sweet! I'm so glad "phat" didn't hang around. Did you ever notice how some people say the same phrase or word over and over again, it's like you know what will come out of their mouth for every response.
There have been a few phrases that have marked time! "Read my lips" "Where's the beef" "Feeling groovy" Do you have a favorite word or phrase?
"do what?"
"know what I mean?"
"wassup?"
Um... yeah.
How about..."I heard That!", as if I was going around giving people hearing tests!
Or when people insert this at the begining of their sentence "I was going to say..." Example, I was going to say, why don't we try it this way? If they were going to say it, why didn't they say it in the 1st place?
