A recent revision to the NPCC dress code now makes a provision for the wearing of flip-flops. I noticed a lot of 'exposed toes' yesterday so I got my camera phone out and decided to have a little fun. Here you'll see 13 sets of toes. Can you match the toes to the NPCC staffer?
